cyka blyat is a inproper slur of Russain words usually meaning "♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥". This term is usaully shouted multiple hundreds of times per day in European CS GO servers. Originated in the CS GO community but has since spread to other games, mainly in the PC gaming community. A dank meme.
