amazing somewhat unpredictable game, very fun to master its meta

rest in peace you didnt had enought time to shine

its a very sweet chill game with dark undertones revealing secret past from the characters overall an enjoyable simple experience, only problem i had was with the sorta meta ending which i wont get in detail but for some like me it might hinder their experience a little but for me it didnt ruined it overall!

one of the best games i played back on the wiiu, koei needs to bring the other classical dw sw and ow games to steam along with the troy warriors and whatever other game they made for consoles back then like ken's rage

this game has the holiest soundtrack in any game i ever player a true classic for any ages

when i first looked at this game pictures i thought it was gonna be a mistery dungeon turn based style game, which is what they should have made exactly.
sadly this game suffers a lot of problems and its pretty much a faux rpg, you can only level up sorta throught story progression and otherwise you can grind materials and skill points for getting passives and new weapons and armor.
sadly it seems that the game just drizzled me the best weapon and armor for bell midway through the game so i never had to work or grind for anything else, i'm never sure if its a bug or not but somehow i never had to fully actively use any healing items at all except for burning and poison damage cause normal attacks even from bosses never seemed to give move my health bar at all.
i feel like this game will only be worth for the deep core fans of the anime cause this game is not worth anyone's money in my opinion with all the lack of proper quests and side stories with very little to offer in between chapters and no free exploration to the dungeon till end game, and huge unbalancing issues.
i have no personal issues with the chibified enemies but i just think they should have worked out the combat kinks a little better and used the time limits which felt super arbitrary more sparingly, all i did was spam normal then use wide attack at the end combo pretty much the whole game then use the partners only to save time on those time limit quests, when you use argonaut your supposed to be way stronger for a few seconds but i never felt any different enemies took the same amount of time to slash away as if it was just for show.

this is a reason why more classic games specially games that never got localized but got translated for emulation play should be brought to the present even if its just a simple text translation it brings a whole ton of culture and gameplay we missed in the past i wish more companies saw the potential of working with older ips

trully a wonderful masterpiece of exploration and plataforming i can just lose myself looking at all the cute babies thought for completion it could still use some pointers maybe some replayability but its still a great game for a single or 2 runs
