took 5 different tries for the game to finally click for me but it is definitely worth it

I would've played Terraria if it wasn't side-scrolling, this does just that for me. Also has RimWorld-style colony management which is a huge plus for me as RimWorld is one of my favourite games of all time, though I would very much like to be able to harvest raiders' organs and sell them for profits like I could in Rimworld.

If you've played The Witcher 3 and liked it, you should definitely pick this game up. If you have not played The Witcher 3 and planned to do so, pick this game up first. Most people tend to gloss over this game and they have no idea what they are missing out on, it is amazing in its own right and it has aged very well even for today's standards. The writing is just as every bit as good as the sequel if not even slightly better in my opinion. As someone who has read the book series multiple times, I could say that this game's narrative is a lot closer to how the books did it which is why I might prefer it over The Witcher 3.

Revenants gang fight on Give Me God of War difficulty is braindead and that's the sole reason why this game is not recommended. The difficulty in this game is poorly thought out and there are literally 0 thought given into balancing the game on the highest difficulty. "Ah yes just put more enemies that deal more damage, that's hard." Single or duo boss fights are amazing, but the rest is just a chore and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded. Whoever that came up with revenants really should consider buying a Tesla and explode yourself alongside its battery. I bet the game is a lot better in the lower difficulties but I don't play them, every difficulty should be balanced carefully and well thought-out. This is the most infuriating game I have ever played in my life and I have been playing Overwatch for years.
