one of my favourite games of all time

Having an absolute blast playing this game! That being said, I knew what I was getting into when I bought it. Squadrons is a "depth not breadth" game - the base mechanics are SOLID, and you can spend days, weeks, and months continuing to learn and improve. There are some ship customization options to vary up how you play your ships and your tactics, and the two game modes - Fleet Battles & Dog Fights - play fairly differently. The sounds, art direction, and ship maneuvering are all amazing, and make you feel like you're in a Star Wars movie. You can tell the devs took a lot of time and care to stick to the source material and really cared about staying true to canon.

I would highly recommend to anyone interested in an in-depth dogfighting game in the star wars universe.
