I've played this game from start to finish.

On its own, the game is very mediocre. Here was this beautiful open world, but you couldn't really explore it without a "return to the mission area" message popping up all the time; and when you could explore, there was nothing going on. I guess playing GTA made me expect too much from an open world. As far as the story goes, I saw the rather generic plot beats and the ending coming from miles away. I tried to avoid initiating the love story setup, but it made no difference, and there was no choice, it's a main plot point that you must engage in.

There's plenty of missed opportunities for better gameplay and it's very obvious. It felt like the game was meant to be bigger and grander, but was cut short.

The ending wasn't that great, and I'll now be playing the rest of the trilogy to see how it relates to the other games in the grand scheme of things. Honestly, when compared to the other Mafia titles, this game just feels like it doest belong.

The game isn't the worst, but it isn't the greatest either. Wait for a deep discount on this one and play it if you're curious, but if you're a diehard fan of the series, you can skip this one.

I played this game from start to finish.

Unlike the first game where it was heavy on the RPG elements, this one is heavy on the action element instead. I didn't like this game at first because of the noticeable difference, but the RPG elements just comes in later while you're in the midst of the crisis at hand. I REALLY enjoyed the flashback sections, and being able to play as ED-209 for a satisfying amount of time was an absolute blast. I wouldn't necessarily call this game short, but I was kinda disappointed when it ended. I had a great time; and I'm not only glad that Peter Weller stepped back into the role of the beloved character, but also that RoboCop, and everything he stands for, got treated with the admiration and respect Hollywood took away from him by milking as much as they could from the franchise till it was unrecognizable from the what the original was.

I highly recommend this game, and I honestly hope the developers release additional RoboCop games in the future since it's clearly in good hands.

I played this game from start to finish.

First off, the performance is not good, Plenty of lockups and freezing going (even worse when you play on the Steam Deck depending on your settings) on where I had to bring up the task manager to exit the game. The graphics look pretty bad when compared to the game's previous entries.

The gameplay outside of the main story-line is not as fun as the previous entries either. However, the side-missions that do have story-lines are enjoyable. The main story is pretty underwhelming compared to the previous entries, and the gameplay for it feels like it drags on longer than necessary. The final series of boss battles definitely drag on way too long for a single boss. In the end, when you do everything the game has to offer, all the activities and related story-lines feel far apart and unrelated to each other; so much so that the game could have really done without some of it (like the Black Cat missions for example).

While Spider-Man 2 isn't as great as the previous titles, it's still enjoyable. If you're into grinding side-missions for EXP along with the main story, this game is definitely for the money at full-price in my opinion. On the other hand, if you just want to play the main story-line, I'd say you're better off waiting for this to go on sale. Ultimately, after doing everything, I do feel like I got my value for money, so I'll recommend it.

OG SMITE 1 Beta player here,

So here's the rundown: The roster is limited, no manual load-outs outside of matches, all the stuff you paid for in SMITE 1 isn't carried over, and the "new graphics" look really bad.

The developers rake in all this cash from all the worst business practices of the first game, to deliver total garbage in the second. I just uninstalled and took up playing Marvel Rivals instead.

After playing & finishing the campaign, my conclusion was that Space Marine 2 was well worth the 13 year wait. I love what the developers have done. My only complaint is that I would prefer to have my A.I. companions to be more aggressive, and actually follow my orders. Additionally, I would prefer the enemy A.I. to not target me and ignore my companions all the time. The enemy hit scanning is also pretty ridiculous...I'm in a three man squad, how the hell do I keep getting singled out as a target?

Besides that, the game is still enjoyable enough for me to recommend. The multi-player is even better, and I think that just like the first game, the multi-player is what's gonna keep instrest in this game enough to carry over into what is supposed to be its conclusion. However, it looks like this game might in fact deviate from the originally planned story of the trilogy. I say this because knowing how things were supposed to originally unfold, I don't see any setup for any of that to play out. Still, I'm very instrested to see in which direction events will go. Especially, with the twist at the end.

The game has its shortcomings; it's repetitive, but it's enjoyable if you have absolutely nothing better to do.

In its current state, the game lacks enough diverse content to stay interesting, especially the secondary missions. Furthermore, the boss fights lack diversity as well. With all the content from the source material, it really puzzles me how this game lacks as much diversity as it does.

In the end, I still recommend it, because like I said, it is enjoyable.

Gameplay is pretty enjoyable when the Red Ranger doesn't have you stun-locked in multiple 30+ hit combos.

This is one of the greatest [racing] games ever made. It's an experience unlike anything you've ever played. However, with the PC version, your save file will get corrupted every time you finish the Elite Race in episode six, preventing you from saving past that point. You can still play, but your progress will not be saved.

Sadly, due to this technical issue, I cannot recommend this game; at least the PC version.

UPDATE: Uninstalling, then reinstalling the game seems to have somehow fixed the corrupt saved game issue, and I'm now able to continue playing the game. I'm changing my review to a recommendation.

This game has "tournament fighting controls" which doesn't suit an action adventure combat game like this, making basic movement a huge pain. Movement is stiff and clunky, and not fluid. This game needs controls like Dead Cells, not Street Fighter. With doing a simple double jump being so needlessly difficult, you will indeed be fighting the street itself.

What a huge let-down.
