It's starting to get in shape. Although it still needs some things it's worth a look.

Early Access Review
It was a fun game but after the 0.7.0 patch it's gone down the drain.
It seems now to be focused in player's real wallets instead of getting people to have fun and enjoy the game.

The interface overhaul went into the wrong direction.
Line physics are completly broken.
What you paid with gold currency ingame had, most of them, the stats changed for worst.

Just avoid it.

Grab some friends, play alone and toss them into water... or lava blocks... or spikes...
Save Big hat or whatever, I don't care. Play with everything, even yourself. Get new stuff, you know... stuff.

It's stupid. It's fun. It's worth every cent... every... 1200 cents. Oh look, it's at sale now. Eighty per cent off and that's around... only twenty per cent of the original cost.

After a short burst of playtime, this game just brought me the memories of playing golden axe back in the time.
There are things that I don't like but the as a whole, this game is just awesome. Play it with friends. Behead enemies. Run away from terrifying creatures on the back of a deer. Slam your axe on your friend's face and get the kiss from the princess. All in the name of good fun.
The game is easy to learn, control and play. It's hilarious and you'll be laughing a good part of the game.

There is an issue though. Although the game is easy to control with the keyboard it should be more specific to the people who are playing it for the first time.
The game will tell you what you need to do in certain occasions but it will do it with the controller buttons signs.
If you don't know what the LT or Y o B are in your keyboard shortcuts then you might end up a bit frustrated and failing in something important... like reviving someone. The game should give you the hint with the key you choose, I don't think it would be that hard.
If you have a controller, use it. You will save yourself some disapointments, at least until you know where everything is because after that you will do things automatically

Other than that, thumbs up and, in the end, stick your axe in your friend's face.

(If you can get the 4-pack and spread the love... with your axe)

Went to a fight with robo 2, some guy from my team pushed me over a cliff. Got upside down and killed at sight by a building.

Tried robo 1. Got a kill. Looked boring.
Went to the garage. Made an A-wing... Didn't look like an A-wing... It looked like a table with a cockpit. Was an upside down flier. Scrapped it.
Went to the garage. Made a X-wing... Didn't fly straight. Made a new version. Didn't fly straight. Made another version. Bingo... Well, kind of. It wasn't really fast. Added more jet thrusters. Didn't noticed the extra punch. Added even more. Looked the same.
Went to battle. Got my wings clipped with one shot. Started to fly sideways. Killed at sight... by something that resembled a cardbox.

Made a small scorpio "bike". Funny thing. Packed with guns. Not that fast though. Got killed.
Went to the garage. Tried to make a huge tank. Looked like a flat cardbox. Gave up.

I realised a couple of things. To have success you need to have a bulky thing since shooting while driving is a pain. You either are "dancing" all over the place because your hoovering system is having a mind of its own - or someone is playing bumper cars with you - or your wheels are pointing at one place and your robot doesn't want to go that way or you're stopped or moving slowly. If this is the case then there's no point in having a light craft since it will get obliterated in seconds so the tactics seem to be... Make the biggest craft possible. It will resemble a cardbox but hey, you survive for some time.

I saw the craziest cardboxes around though. I believe that I even saw a car from the Wacky Races, you know, the one from the Gruesome Twosome... kind of like it... maybe it was just a boot cardbox.

In the garage I didn't found any speed, acceleration, weight or any other detail about what I was building apart from the cpu load. It would be interesting to see that. It would be interesting to see many things but they aren't there and they probably aren't going to be there. Early access is usually a lie. It's just a "here, have my beta game and try it out. I might get some extra stuff in there but not that many."

Bottom line. I can't recomend this but you should try it, at least once.

Oh, another thing. Why doesn't anyone makes a game with some vertex manipulation system instead of boxes placement (nurbs system, maybe)? And with some good content and purpose for the game...

Now I might go and create a Tie fighter... just to see them get clipped in a second. Or a mini death star... with the tie fighter inside so that when the death star is gone i can still fight... or run away.
