Don't buy the Steam version! The DLC never go on sale for Steam. Heavensward alone (without base game) is like $50 CAD on steam, never drops, meanwhile the non-steam PC version is $16 for BOTH base game and Heavensward. I already asked Square Enix if I can transfer the account, or punch in the key from the non-steam version, and the answer to both is NO!
