unable to create character, disconnected, black screen. for now i cant recommend this.

edit: now its fine, created character, leveled to 50.
dungeon bosses sometimes feels "one mechanic too much".
world pvp is a mess.
event rewards are uninteresting.
some skills are hard to use/aim
performance in big crowds is very, very bad.

overall it is ok game, fun to play with friends. i can recommend since it is free.

good game, terrible performance. UI is improvement from first game, but it still could be better. if you make a good pawn, you can also receive useful gifts from other players. i received new armor and weapons for my pawn. its a recomendation from me if you dont expect high framerates. im in about 50-60 fps in wilderness and 30-45 in city with ryzen 5700x and rx 6600 and i left settings quite high.

i would give it a positive review, but i cant. grind gets worse and worse. i can say for sure i will NEVER buy SL for real money and i will NEVER convert exp for real money. i will rather stop playing than give money to greedy company, even tho i like gameplay.

It became slightly better, but still not enjoyable enough. starting from mid ranks it becomes extremely grindy even with premium account. there are so many tanks to go through and it takes so much time and SL. i would gladly play more than 1 nation, but at this point it is not possible to grind through any other that the one im focusing now.

also BR in mid tiers sometimes just does not make sense. it is better since last patch, but still not ok to face cold war tanks in ww2 vehicles. russian bias also is strong here.

will wait a bit more, maybe i will be able to give thumbs up in time.

Edit2: top tier grind is so bad to the point of giving up. i rather play other nations than complete tech tree. top players might be able to do it faster, but average player will most likely quit.

BRs still sometimes dont make sense. for example playing Maus against 8.7. there should be a bit bigger gap between WW2 and CW tanks. cant say much about planes.

completing battle pass and events ir extremely hard for average/below average players.

game is ok for todays standard. tho it is wide as an ocean but deep as a puddle.

the good:

-looks fine
-world is big
-there are several puzzles to complete that are not bad
-combat is reasonably fun
-locations are beautifully crafted

the bad(with spoilers):

-there is honestly not much of school life
-so far i havent seen any impact on points earned for houses
-no curfew and no mandatory returning to dorms. you can just wander around at night, "wait" outside and at classrooms
-you constantly kill people as a student like a total murdering maniac
-equipment does not matter, you just use the one with bigger numbers and change it almost every time you open a new container(this might change at level cap tho)
-there is absolutely no point overlevelling as enemies just scale to your level, but dont downscale if you visit early
-"duels". their idea of dueling is when you fight several opponents at once.

why i recomment it if there are more bad than good? i think you can still have fun if you dont expect too much. it really is not as deep as they led you to believe.

tried it a little and i can say with confidence, that russian fishing 4 is much better game. this just does not feel right. you can see other players tho, which can be good and bad, depending on situation.

I would give positive, because game is ok, there is enough content to keep you engaged for quite some time. Combat is fine, story is solid for MMO standards. But..

Alot of content just does not matter, you do pointless quests and dungeons that gives you useless stuff, time gated progression, weird RNG that fails at near 100% but then suddenly you upgrade at 60% 5 times a row.

Still, at this point i would give positive. But matchmaking mostly does not work and store is "on maintenance" at the evenings. Also premium aura does not work when shop does not work. Inability to fix these things is enough to give solid negative.

I wouldnt recomment this game if you want quality time. Other than that it is ok`ish.

stopped playing at about 40+ lvl when i realized there are not enough people left to do content with. and by the looks of it, endgame is uninteresting grindfest. they really need to rework this game. foundation is great, systems they implemented feels rushed, lazy and borderline placeholder. and im not even talking about bugs, because those can be at least fixed.

same date i installed crab game, my antivirus started detecting trojan attacks. seems suspicious

So i purchased game with DLC pass included, but now... they removed those DLCs and made it free. what did i purchase? it was nearly 100 EUR for nothing. this is a big nono. do not support companies like this.

it is a foundation for a game(or mod), not a game itself. sailing and building is fun, but other than that it is a very shallow version of ark with ships. it could be great, but it focuses too much on pvp and does not have any other content(besides bits and peaces from ark)

i guess ill have to wait another 10+ years for decent pirate game, because sea of thieves was also a letdown.
