This is NOT a good game, even with the 1.3 fan update.

Bought it on sale so I could finally beat a game I gave up on 20 years ago. Considering what modders have done to "fix" this game, it baffles me that anyone thought this was in an acceptable state to release at the time. I love 90's id so I really wanted to enjoy this.

It is cheap enough to buy and play around with as more of a curio than anything.

90s-style vintage FPS. If you enjoy arena-style first person shooters, you'll enjoy this. I did struggle with finishing Episode 3, as the formula was getting a bit tired. In the end it was worth it.
