Honestly not very good at this game (and haven't played it much) - but I love that soundtrack. It's risk of rain all over again - get it just for the music alone.

Endlessly addictive and a lot of fun to completely break over your knee.

Got that good old Doom taste. Art's a beaut, too.

Following the recent update...

Very good! Game is much more stable.
Mostly linear but some nice goodies if you explore.
Combat is fun and set-up is important. I've you've played the newer X-COMs I think you'll like this too.

Controls stick all the time and make playing this frustrating
Artifact inspection is a pain; you can have the point of interest lined up, and the sound will play, and nothing happens
Alternatively you can spin your mouse like a bastard and you get a one-note line to play
Unoptimised and cutscenes frequently lag the futher into the game you get
Sound has a tendency to cut out during cutscenes
Fell through the world once


TL;DR

This game is trying so hard to be Uncharted but it's terrible
Play classic Tomb Raider or Uncharted instead

Facial animations (or lack of) remind me of Andromeda
Combat is wonky; dodge move gets stuck on walls and corners. "Boss" characters are health sponges
Some grunt enemy attacks have homing and will follow you through your dodge
Dramatic cutsecenes ruined by clothing spazzing out and clipping
PC controls are bad, use a gamepad otherwise you won't be able to change your locked-on target
Gameplay mechanics badly explained (stealth, increasing mesmerise, stalking characters for tidbits of information)
