Only very basic, essential mods, which usually don't cause problems, conflicts, and (usually) don't need to be updated for every minor change in the game.

These mods are designed to allow creation of larger parks. Just place them roadside and fill in the blanks. Their stats are lower than default, but you have to place a lot of them anyway.
