it is a deep strategy game... alot of things that you can do which is something i like in every game being able to do alot but NOT having to do everything to win.
there are alot of bad things however... like something basic like a back to menu button. in order to get back to the menu you need to close the game first.

it also isnt possible to continue on a world on which all the other players or AIs have died... which is something i would appreciate... just being able to conquer the world in every sense as well as every plain.
but then again, i havent really gotten into mods to see if i could get this experience thought that.

a big thing to mention is that you dont get to command your armies as much as you would like perhaps... you only get to command where they go on the map, however while in combat everything they do is AI based.
so if there is a particularly dangerous foe YOU would like dead first, then its up to to the AI and idk how the AI decides that

hope CoE 5 works some of these kinks out. If yes then i am buying that as well.

i am very dissapointed with the gameplay, i was expecting the ability to save resources by careful and precise gameplay... something akin to men of war as you advanced you would be rewarded for putting your soldiers in good cover and thinking it thought... here its similar but different.... instead of being able to slowly kill your way thought enemy defences you are forced to advanced either way cuz enemies just seem to spawn endlessly... vehicles are unreasonably durable and have only 2 states, broken and working at least from what i have seen... shooting the engine of a car didnt stop the car like i was expecting, and instead it was just a weak point where the HP of the vehicle would drain faster...
not like in men of war where you could still fire fire when your vehicles engine broke down, you would just not be able to move....
here its either that its really hard to achieve that or not possible at all... not like i would be able to bring my self to properly experiment on that fact because i am not having fun at all with the game...
it just feels like i am in the wrong as well because its mostly possitive reviews... am i the only one not having fun?

i am hoping this in the future will bring custom outfits at least for buyers, but whatever. Still happy to support a unique game like this.

despite what you might have heard, this is shaping up to be a decent buy, 50 euro is still pushing it however thanks to the upcoming mod support, i would say it may be worth all the fun you will have with it.

i have reached top tier in multiple nations
i have spent so much money on this game that i lost count a long time ago...

try the game, but when you are grinding for any of the nations. Heed my words, just turn the game off when you are getting frustrated or mad. Even if youll end up taking a half hour break, its still better then playing mad and stressed out, this game is not worth that ♥♥♥♥♥.

wether you should spend money on this game? well no? you can spend like 60 dollars for a banger of a game and have hours of fun and enjoyment... what you can buy in this game is not worth it... sure it can get you to top tier faster... but with the fore sight of someone already at top tier, i can tell you that this journey is NOT worth the hundreds of hours...

Censored/inferior version on steam, as well as missing sprites and animations...
There is a way to patch it if you go over to Kagura games and download it from there. Just dont expect to see bobs and vegana without putting in any extra work.
Otherwise the gameplay is nice, i am enjoying the story and the world its taking place in.

the only thing that bugs me about this game is the long helicopter waiting time, when landing and when waiting to extract.

would love even a mod just making it way shorter, but i doubt this game is mod-able

this game never goes to sale, since the developers believe that the price is fair.
Is it? Thats up to you to decide, this game is mainly about deseign, problem solving, and getting satisfaction from all these... it doesnt really matter if you are good at it... just if you get satisfaction from actually solving problems, ineficiencies and all that. if you do then this is most likely a game worth its price.

the fact that the game is modable sounds as an amazing addition, but thats not the reason i got it, after playing for just a few hours i can say that the default content is definetly enough to last you hundrets of hours... didnt try any mods yet, but i bet getting some good ones will refresh the experience and the game will last thousand more!

i have some difficulties with the game, such as not knowing the keyboard combinations, but that is mainly laziness from my side, not the developers/game...
i cant think of anything else at the moment, but i guess that there could be more tutorials in game (optional to play, unless i missed them)... got trains researched, but from what i saw on youtube, i have no clue how to get it to function yet...

i have not played the other titles of this game type, but i am having so much fun, with just this one, just the premise of digging, finding secret rooms, reseaching, base building all in one was very intriguing.
cant wait to save money for other games of this type
