I love this dlc. Now I say this as someone whose favorite countries in the game to play as are France and Spain so I might be a little biased to the DLC. But I definitely wi say for as happy as I am for this DLC, it does come with some flaws. I feel as if Portugal was a little unnecessary and would have liked a country such as Italy Instead to get a focus tree. I really enjoy the espionage system but it also needs some work.

The espionage system just feels a little clunky? It seems as if I never have enough operatives to really do any operations and I seem to get a lot more naval intelligence no matter what country im playing then all the others. But it seems like a really great add on for multiplayer games! I understand the need for civilian factories to build up your organization but it seems like minors are going to really struggle to do anything meaningful.

Now to the Garrisons, I really like the fact that they are off map and reduce a lot of lag! Getting into post 45 games will be a lot easier now. But it does come with the baggage that I really don't understand how it works? It seems like in best off using armored cars but other than that it seems mostly overdone compared with some other things in the DLC.

The new units are really cool although the armored car feels useless at time. But I do like that you can use recon planes in peace time to get that extra edge.

So with 2000 hours in the game I'm quite satisfied with the DLC. If you enjoy playing Portugal, Spain, and France it's a must have! If you're really interested in the espionage you should also be very interested in this DLC. But otherwise it definitely feels as if you should wait for a sale.
