At first the game was a messier than a porn orgy. I started on Ps4 and after it committed suicide, I bought a PC, bought this game for 30 bucks on sale, and honestly, it's better than before, still a little buggy but haven't experienced like the major ones in the past. On PC it runs so much smoother, graphics for me are pretty, and Redmod made it even better. Yea adding mods to the game when those type of mechanics and details should of been in the game originally is a huge kick in the nuts but whats positive is that those mods are more likely to be better than if they were actually supposed to be implemented. The use of mods makes it way better, detailed, and little immersed. If you're thinking of buying it then do it. But honestly wait for a sale, or just buy it now, look at guides or comments on how to activate redmod which isnt hard, go to nexus, get vortex and bam... have fun.

Update: Game has improved a lot. Phantom Liberty is such a fun story. Ii felt a mix of James Bond spy stuff which was cool and the story would slowly progress into a huge deal where you're left to make the descisions. Sometimes I'll hop on, go to my apartment and pretend like I'm playing a sim and ride my bike or car in traffic listening to the radio. The game has changed in terms of quality and they continue to add more improvements to make the game feel more immersed and a futuristic setting.
