Lovely story, super fun gameplay the skill and pictos system. It's mostly fair or even easy until the last few hours. If you are worried about challenge, there's a lot of content that could've been easily DLC.

The devs at Sandfall made this product with love. It has drama, humor, good acting, a stellar soundtrack and some moments clearly inspired in other RPGs and games but with the "french touch".

It was worth buying early and expending the hours I did.

Cons:
- The game runs in UE5 which looks as expected but also has some image quality issues if you don't rock the latest GPU

Notes:
- The DLSS input lag was minimal and didn't affect the QTE which are in most of the game fair.
- The game doesn't rely heavily in leveling at the beginning but it will matter a bit more in Act 3. Make sure you get all the pictos you can. That's the main mechanic. It's super easy after a while.

There are plans for DLC tho and a sequel. Can't wait!

I'm at Chapter 4. I've been playing Deltarune when Chapters 1 and 2 came out and it was a treat. I was cautiously optimistic about the new chapters but 3 didn't disappoint. Each chapter has its boss or bosses and moments. Toby Fox is great a story telling. If I'm not mistaking Deltarune has some elements reminiscent to the SNES era also but it still has NES homage. It's an interesting evolution from Undertale. Also the music by Toby is (as always) top tier.

The only downside I would say is that sometimes the combat could be more challenging but the last part of each chapter demands a bit more fixing that.

I don't know the price of the game on each region. Here it was 12 bucks which is a good deal for the chapters that will come in the future. I recommend this to any Undertale and Mother/Earthbound fan.

It may look less "dark" in some spots (pun intended) but I think the remaster it is fine. Base game wise. I'm not much into the PvP for instance. I'll leave a video about some problems below.

I found the remaster pretty much the same as the vanilla game. A few sprites changed, effects on bosses like Artorias but may not even notice much difference. Yes, some armors looks way less attractive with the new shader but some others like the Siegmeyer of Catarina's one looks a bit better. The lighting in some areas just looks like it has a bit more of fake baked GI but nothing too drastic.

I have this also on PS4. On PC looks really nice with better AA. A I still recommend the remaster because it feels pretty much the same.

If you like Tim Burton, platformers, not so easy puzzles and maybe Over The Garden Wall. This is for you. It is short, but it is fun.

It reminds me stylistically to Guacamelee a bit and the mood to Pid other good games that are here on Steam :)

I loved the first game. It was a good experience that I'll replay someday. And this one has nice environments....But sadly is broken. I was half way through the game until a game breaking bug where I couldn't exit the moth view no matter what...It is so sad because I wanted to experience it until the end but the game is in a real bad state.

Is not normal for me to make negative reviews. I wish I could finish but even tho I'm a physical collector I don't want to buy the game on consoles just to finish it. I can't recommend the game to anyone in this state. And it looks like it won't be fixed even tho they added the text "Updated" in the cover image.

I never finished this one until now (10 years later). Still entertaining. I didn't like the beginning as much but it gets better and better after a few hours. Gameplay wise and story wise, simple but brutal :)

It may be a bit rough with the old id Tech 5 nowadays but it also looks better on the later stages.

My favorite FPS to play during the weekends back then! :3

Kind of played this game at a bad time in life so I'm bias. For once the music and VA is top tier! It is addictive at the start and the story is engaging. A bit disappointed by the repetitive mechanics after about 3 hours. It was a rough diamond to be polished. In any case. Recommended and pretty mature story (be aware).

Nice gift from Kan Gao to enjoy during Christmas/Winter ;) It is a two part minisode. The first one is the best one. Expect somes surprises like always. The second one feels shorter. Thanks Freebird Games...now I needd to figure it out how this fits the whole lore haha!
