Gunrunner DLC for online is a glorified shark card pit, hackers run wild while Rockstar do ♥♥♥♥ all about it and ban the wrong people. Singleplayer is neglected and has been recently destroyed by Take-Two screwing over the modding scene.

This game used to be fun until Take-Two and Rockstar became greedy.

Guns of Icarus Online is now my favourite indie game on the market. The game oozes with passion, creativity and depth.
The devs themselves are passionate about the game and the community, which is an extremely nice change compared to the "DOSH DOSH DOSH" attitude that has plagued the industry over the last few years.

New players will find the tutorials to be extremely helpful, quick and won't bog you down on info. Although the game is extremely easy to learn, one will find that it is an extremely hard one to master. Veterans and experienced players will usually help you out and give tips that will help you do much better in the game, but please for the love of Sally do not reject the tips that veterans give you.

Each ship in the game feels unique, different health levels, different firepower, different speeds, so on and so forth. Each one having their own challenge to them for all three classes. Players are put into a crew of 4 per ship, usually having 1 pilot, 2 engineers and 1 gunner. Everybody will have to work together aboard the ship to survive, there is no such thing as a one man hero in this game.

You can pick from one of three roles. Gunner, Engineer or Pilot. Gunners are the bite of the ship, usually take the main gun of the ship, taking special types of ammo that will boost their effectiveness if used correctly. Engineers are backbone that keeps the ship alive and kicking, taking various tools and equipment with them to help keep the ship alive when in a large fight. Pilots are the heads of the ship, taking equipment with them that helps them pilot when on the wheel. All three classes have different play styles and challenges, making the game feel different whenever you change your class. Each of them feeling extremely fun and challenging.

The scale of the game is outstanding, levels are giant, the ships are mostly large and you are small, giving the game a very fun explorer feel that most games lack. The maps of the game are also rather good, each one being unique and great it it's own way. One round will be set in a large, open desert, the next will be in a ruined city.

The sound design of the game is utterly fantastic, every gun feels like it packs a punch (Especially the heavy guns) and every tool feels amazing when you use it. The soundtrack itself is just beautiful. The opening song of when you boot up the game plunges you into a feeling of adventure and fun. The battle music will put you on edge as every drum makes the battle even more intense.

The game is utterly amazing, definately worth the money for how fun it is.

Early Access Review
This game is a good reason why early access should be regulated somehow. I was so excited when i heard about "Kick it" being like Audiosurf but with base jumping.

It turned out to be one of the biggest piles of steaming wank i own.

This game had a mountain of potential, i mean, you get to base jump to music in a level that was generated to fit the music, how much better could it get? Well, for a start, it doesn't even look like a city, making the whole illusion of you base jumping become shattered from the very start which leads to it feeling rather awful.

The Humour is also a painfully annoying thing about this game. Yes, humour is a more personal thing, but when the title involves a joke, it becomes very boring, very quickly. It feels like a child who saw his parents laugh at his joke, so he won't shut up about it. They attempt to give the main character a story, but in all honesty, she feels too boring and underdeveloped to make you give a single care for her.

I could make an entire list about why this game should be avoided, but i shall just cut to the most important reason:

THE DEVELOPERS ABANDONED IT.
