Hidden rpgmaker gem. The archaic language takes a while to get used to but it's well worth your time.

Extremely punishing at first, but absolutely rewarding once you get the hang of things. Love the presentation and polish (especially compared to the first game's).

The in-game car marketplace's rotation system rubs me the wrong way, but it's not the worst thing in the world. Buy the GOTY version on sale.
