Really solid little puzzle platformer. Really builds up that sense of these two characters working together.

I do have a few gripes with this game though.
- First off it never tells you which key to press to use the main menu, had to just mash the keyboard until I realised it was the Z key
- The font used for the text is very difficult to read, often having to guess what the characters are saying.
- That final boss level, where you have to guess your way through an invisible maze, is one of the most horrendous things I've ever played in a video game. I think it's a really cool idea having to switch between dodging attacks and navigating the rest of the screen, but why they decided to make the maze invisible is beyond me as it turns a neat concept into an incredibly frustrating exercise in guess work.

I still highly recommend this game though, due to its great concept and writing.

Fun game, but really quite difficult.

My main problem with this game is that there seem to be issues with input buffering. Quite often I'd input a jump but it just wouldn't go through, so I'd be left mashing the key trying to get the jump off, after which it'll do multiple jumps. Considering the nature of the incredibly short level timers, you're not left with any room for mistakes, so this issue does affect the experience quite a lot. If this can be fixed then I 100% recommend this cool little game.

Solid escape room game for the price I paid. Puzzles were varied and often quite tricky; there was I think one occasion where I got completely stuck on a puzzle and had to look up a walkthrough, but that will vary from person to person.
You will most likely need a pen and paper or even a screen grab tool at a few points where instructions or rules are located separately from the rest of the puzzle. Being able to open the inventory whilst viewing a puzzle would have helped to circumvent this a bit.
The game could do with a bit of optimisation as I was having some framerate issues on the lowest settings on mid-level hardware, but not a huge issue.
Only other gripe would be that the story and voice acting weren't brilliant, but then that's not really what I bought this game for, so again not a huge issue.

I mean its an image where you click the hidden birds, that's about it. Considering it's less than a pound, you can't really go wrong.
My main gripes with this are that it gives you an achievement for EVERY. SINGLE. BIRD. This became obnoxious very quickly. There's also not even any kind of acknowledgement that you found them all. The number remaining goes down to 0 and that's it. At least gimme a little fanfare or something.

Short but sweet platformer, starts off relatively easy but the difficulty ramps up, but not frustratingly so. A few levels that don't quite hit the mark (looking at you, bouncy mushrooms), but overall great level design. Great sense of humour throughout as well.
