You play as a worm and you get to shoot rockets, throw grenades, and even throw goats. The game, to be frank, is ridiculous...ly fun. Turn based combat combined with goofy ways of besting your opponents brings hours of fun in a goofy game. Given the cost of the game, just buy it. You may not play it for a year after you get it but once you launch the game for the first time you will be glad you did so.

My fiance got me this game for Christmas in 2023. We eventually got around to playing the game together and had a full hour of nonstop action. We both didn't really look into the controls or how to play the game, so we had a lot of fun figuring out new silly ways of killing each other. It seems you can play locally with up to four players. While I have yet to play with more people that just my fiance, I could only imagine the chaos that would ensue by adding more folk to the battlefield. This game is worth it for the laughs alone!

This game has been the source of many of my most fond gaming memories. The base game comes with a rich story line based in a Los Angeles look-a-like city called Los Santos. In single player mode, you get three very interesting playable protagonists, each complementing the others in their own way. You have Michael, a "retired" father figure who is upset at the universe for his own doings. Franklin, the young gangster who is ready to chase some paper, but still has some lessons to learn about the world of organised crime. Lastly, there is Trevor. Trevor is a maniacal, meth-addled criminal who lives in bum-f*ck nowhere north of Los Santos. The three characters all have their own side missions and personal quests that will grow their strengths and sometimes even show their weaknesses. 10/10 Single player. After finishing the single player I jumped into GTA: Online. Since they do regular updates and content additions for free, the GTA Online community is still strong with a large player base. Mod menus do seem to be a dime a dozen, so you do need to be ready at any time to spontaneously combust. If they are too annoying, you can play single player or do a Crew session to keep them out. If you enjoy grinding missions to buy a fancy car or apartment, building an underground criminal empire, or shooting pedestrians, I would give this game a shot.

The camera controls are tricky, but the game itself is fun to play. There are multiple different modes, which is helpful when you are just starting out but also allows you to skip the tutorials once you've got it down. Once I got the physical controls down, the game became really cool.

I would highly recommend this game to any casual gamer. Players can play on their own or with their friends. Friendships will be tested. Whether you end up cooking the same thing over and over to perfect the process, or you are constantly trying new ventures, every new restaurant feels like a new challenge.

This game goes very in depth with character interactions. Everything from talking to and taking care of your horse, interactions with strangers, and especially during late nights at base camp. High refresh rates will require a very beefy PC, especially if you're expecting to play above 1080p. I have yet to finish the story, yet this game has already blown me away in the 47 hours that I have invested so far.

Early Access Review
Do you like to put hours of your hard work into scavenging, mining, and building? You you love the satisfaction of grinding just do get a better gun or upgraded defenses? Do you love waking up from a slumber, only to realise that your hours of hard work were thrown out the window by some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that doesn't sleep? Yeah. Don't buy this, go and buy a t-shirt or something with that 20$...

CS:GO Review Feb 23, 2015: This game is really fun to play casually and competitively. Although it does have its flaws, it is quite fun. 9/10 would play

CS2 Review 1/31/24: This game is alright. It's Counter Strike, but pretty now. The game isn't so fun now that I'm not 15, but when I want to play some CS, this game still hits the spot. One tapping someone with the Desert Eagle is more satisfying than ever before. Lots of people are unhappy with the latest edition, but I feel they are more afraid of change than anything. We won't ever get those good old days back and that is hard to swallow.
