Ok, after some more digging I found that if you go to the map, enter these into the console:
sv_allow_point_servercommand always
mp_teams_unbalance_limit 0
then if that doesn't work try typing retry in the console, if that still doesn't work, restart TF2 and fire up the map then repeat the first two commands.

Leaving this here for anyone else that was confused on how to get this map to work.

Hey I have an issue and need help, I downloaded pyro-comp_v2 to practice my airblasting but the server wont got past the ready up part, whether or not I toggle ready. is there something I'm missing?
