Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried thyme or fresh thyme sprigs
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
