not competitive or enjoyable to drive in any way, shape, or form. don't bother with this.
so disappointing to look forward to having at least 1 somewhat competitive or enjoyable new car to drive, only to get this crap. awful.

great concept, but input lag on mouse makes it unplayable.

terrible game.
-awful optimization
-inconsistent handling physics
-less horizontal grip than on ice
-constant traction control, not allowing you to power through corners or control your slide
-extremely snappy and janky low speed handling
-car appears to be moving at the same speed at all times, making it impossible to judge corner entry speed

there is NOTHING redeemable about the gameplay of this game. i am so disapointed i gave it the benefit of the doubt based on previous releases and missed out on the return window. this is an embarrassment to my library.

if you are looking for a relatively fun, competent arcade racer to race non-competitively online, this is for you. if you want a competitive experience devoid of pay to win nonsense and more than 2 competitive cars, or want to play singleplayer, this game IS NOT FOR YOU.

single player is a 23v1 derby. while it is fairly easy to avoid them, they are not interested in racing, winning, or competing whatsoever. they will go out of their way, ruin their own races, and wreck themselves desperately attempting to impede your progress around the circuit, as they are much too slow to offer an actual challenge.

the best/only competitive cars (by far) are either paid DLC or locked behind tournaments and there are only 2 of them. the raiden RS for tight curvy tracks with little to no proper straights and super venom for anything slightly more open. if you do not have these cars, you will not be able to compete against drivers of the same skill level, ruining the fun of competing.

the tournaments are daily, weekly, and seasonal "challenges" against the AI. they aren't difficult, but force you to play the worst parts of the game, like: wrecking full sized cars with the pocket rocket, races on the least enjoyable tracks in an attempt to make it more of a cluster♥♥♥♥ to give the challenges some semblance of difficulty, and demo derbies where only your score matters (hit people as much as possible and reset as much as possible to keep up your combo), and your car takes next to no damage, therefore being the complete opposite of an actual derby, just crashing a resetting for a few minutes straight. haha car goes shunt x100.

with the introduction of ski passes, this game is a joke and is not worth the free download. you can only ride the tutorial mountain online. poppermost are utter goofs and do not deserve support.
