Do not download this game on INTEL drivers/GPUs, you won't gain control of the character/be able to skip cutscenes.

You need a NVIDIA GPU and driver for it to work at least. (check if its enabled on top).

There are no other solutions other than buying a pc component for it.

Sorry for anyone who's been hyped for the steam delivery and ran into this issue, this bug has been known for over 6 years with no real solutions.
