Still IMO , one of the best multiplayer shooter out there, better than recent battlefield titles. Single player is good with likeable characters and decent story. The amount of people still playing this game after so many years after its release tells you how good this game is. If you are a new player, be prepared as the people playing this game are veterans and will whoop your a$$. Be sure buy its DLC too.
PROS:
-still has decent amount of players playing
-great gunplay
-decent story (if you are into singleplayer)
-destruction engine is very good and still holds up
-amazing sound assets
-it will run on any average PC and optimization is great.
-best DLC in any of the battlefield franchise
-large scale battles with very much team focused
-great map design

CONS:
-grenade spam is a problem in chaotic battles in small area
-multiple full servers can only be found in specific time
-it is a bit clunky
-"failed to connect to EA servers" can be a issue sometimes

CONCLUSION: A very good multiplayer shooter with great gameplay , maps and game modes , with a still active and dedicated player base.
