Before I start my review, I wanna give a statement to a large percent of those who gave a negative review.

READ WHAT WAS WRITTEN IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME BEFORE BUYING THE GAME. I'm sick of developers saying something that will be in the game, then DELIVERING THAT EXACT THING, and people being upset about it because they can't read a simple Steam description. Learn to read.

ANYWAY, REVIEW TIME!

DON'T SCREAM is fun. I played it with my friends, who were trying to make me talk or laugh so I made noise, but that also distracted me so when I was jumpscared, I had to catch myself a few times. I didn't scream - I didn't make a noise in relation to the game, but that's fine. I was impressed with myself for not actually being terrified, as I hate horror games, and I'm proud of the team for making a fun experience. I gifted this to a bunch of people and they've enjoyed it, too.

I think it's a little pricey for what it is, but considering it'll get future updates, lore, objectives to complete, I'm going to hold onto this at the price it's at. I bought it for the experience, but I'll keep it for the potential it has.

TLDR: It's pricey, but fun. Lots of walking, no objective other than DON'T SCREAM.

This game is OKAY. It's not amazing, it's far far far FAR from perfect, but it's okay. It's enjoyable, with a good story, free character releases (ish. I think you have to buy them now? Or at least unlock them?), but the story was enjoyable, the characters were familiar yet also unique, and it is all in all enjoyable, despite some bugs and load times. It's a good laugh with friends, and SE had delivered on their promises for this game (it's just a shame some of y'all can't remember them.)

I do know some things. I know I love you, Dead by Daylight. I know you love me. I have to play more now.
