Matchmaking is simply unoptimized. Fastest match I got took 6 minutes, and that's the fastest. 12 minute wait times could be considered normal, if everything works out. Even for a public beta, I don't think wait times should be this long. It's unpredictable too. I also get dropped players quite a lot. Goes from 3 players, to 1 player, and that means it's back to square 1 for you.

The more I look into this controversy, the more disappointed I become. Game itself is fine.

Epic, these kinds of tactics ARE NOT how you endear gamers to your store. We can see that coming from a mile away.
