Why build a pc? I just got a new Macbook Pro Retina, installed Windows 7 Ultimates, and it will play any game, SR3, Mass Effect 3, Crysis 2 with all the settings turned to HIGH. But it should with 8 Logical Cores(4 Hyperthreaded), 8 Gigs of ram and 500 GIG SSD.
