Serious note: One of the few early access games in the survival genre which actually improve over time. It might not be perfect but the dev's are at least trying to fix the issues.

After I completed the main story I felt like I've had so much fun the dlc cannot be that much fun so I waited some days till I finally decided to but and play it.

The plot:
You meet a guy at a message board.. (most boring start ever but okay) He forces you to help him fulfill 3 wishes for some other guy. That's it basically.

This sounds so boring but it is a perfect example for every dev that even with such a simple-looking idea you can make great things. Because the fun part are the wishes which are not like the default kill (or you can't kill him. find the magic stone and kill him then), guard etc missions but funny and well written. I don't want to spoiler too much because it's so amazing :)

I love this game!

Please.. I really like the game but every time I play it it feels somehow unfinished...

After almost finishing the campaign, with almost 50h spent which is way more then most people here have...

To sum it up:

+ Cool new AI
+ Removed useless buildings
+ Better unit balance

- Crashes a lot (which is with the lags the main argument against this game)
- you need to copy autosaves manually out of your Documents/Stronghold Crusader 2/Autosaves dir into the main folder
- Lags (I can play GTA V on high)
- Units do sometimes what they want.. run back to the group even when they have no formation
- Units get stuck in gates -> you need to tell them again where to go
- Wrong enemy unit numbers (when you toggle the greatest lord report / stat window)

The game looks like a polished cod version. Plays like laggy bf4 and the ui is awefull.
I thought that this will be THE F2P hit. But it looks cheap and the gameplay doesnt feel that well..

It's a bit sad that you have to wait for the first boss so long, and then fight the second boss right after the first..
Lot's of the monsters have the same design and moveset and look just like the were c&p from ds 1... That's sad, but it is still ds, so dont spoiler yourself too much and play it :)

Yay! If you like(d) the PvP in DarkSouls you will love this! Well it's even the harder mode of DS.
You have to block by doing the oppsite of your enemy, or roll away or teleport away...
Everyone can join the battle with different weapons and spells which is pretty cool and ofc costumize their hero.
The maps are pretty cool and seem to be balanced, but in the point capture mode it would be good if you dont loose the point within a second and get an overview where they are..

Most of the ppl who dont recommend this game played less then 1 hour... It is simply impossible to know how it works and how to win fights in this time.
I must admit I started it two times before I got used to the battle system. But now I finish first or second most of the games I play (after that one hour of playtime).

Its a bit confusing infight (camera blur etc.) and the teleport could be more userfriently but hey, its currently an alpha and costs only 14€...
I can truly remmend this :)

simply one of the best games I've ever played! it has the best battle system, because you have to respond to what your enemy does and try to use his weaknesses for your advantage. every time you die YOU have made a mistake which you should try to avoid in the next fight.

the only thing which is quite bad are the controls for the keyboard, but if you've got a controller it's really a must have played title!
