This kind heart of a gentleman, kicked down to rock bottom struggling to get his life back together, taken advantaged of so many times by the people he has trusted. Just needs one lucky break and is still hopeful that chance is coming his way. A great team member and takes my harsh criticisms and compliments knowing I'm only trying to help him improve. He is a great hands on and visual learner and quick to look up the missing knowledge.
