A decent story driven survival game, interesting concept and level design. Loads of crafting and upgrades, great with friends and building stuff and strongholds is its own category. Hats of to the devs, a great labour of love example with loads of added content and patches well after release. The game is probably at its best so anyone jumping in now will probably get the most value from it. Especially if you grab it on a discount. Would recommend!

Interesting gamepay, mechanics and story elements. Leveldesign gives you options on your aproach. Wicked OST, fits the game quite well. Stuff to do and collect for New Game+

Once you get to grips with the mechanic and plan your actions a bit, gameplay is fast and brutal. An excellent soundtrack to boot, would recommend.

Chaotic and fun. Quickly gets quite challenging, works great in coop.

Right of the bat some classics like Diablo or Titan Quest come to mind, however, this one is a bit different. Quite hardcore as RPGs go, with elaborate crafting and creating recipes for all sorts of stuff from spells ans potions all the way to weapons, gear and equipment, loads of ingredients as well. The world is more or less open, plenty of lootto go around and stuff to slay, feels oldschool with its own twists, also challenging as well.

Hardware specs are not ludicrous so it should run just fine on dated machines. Still could use some polish at this state, but it's still being developed so I believe the devs can only improve it from here.

This is a real gem. I love McMillens more recent games like MeatBoy and Isaac, but there's loads of interesting stuff in his earlier work. A nice collection of games, sketches, music, Q&A and behind the scenes stuff. Definitely worth checking out, the guy is just beyond awesome :D

I'm not much of a point and click kind of guy and don't play adventure games as much but since I've heard so much positive feedback about Machinarium i thought I'd give it a go. I love this thing, it's simple, minimalistic in it's presentation but plays really good and fluid. Puzzles are neat and made me stop and think for a while, some even forced me to grab a pen and make notes and drawings which is awesome. The overall design is, in a word, pure genius. Give it a go, you won't regret it!!!

It's just briliant, the story, the setting, the atmosphere and the gameplay. Enjoyed every aspect of it, enough versatility depth and chalenges for at least one extra playthrough, I just love it. I'd also recommend the Metro 2033 novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky to everyone who liked the setting and story.

A fast and dynamic platformer, loads of humor and hardcore gameplay. Despite it being hard as hell and frustrating at times, its still awsome and really fun to play.
