Didn't think this game would be so addicting, but I haven't played any other game since I bought it.

First off, this game is really fun. It's now my go-to game. Gun sounds and graphics are next to none, and I can't give them enough props. However, the damage models are absolutely broken as ♥♥♥♥. How do you make a damage system that you will get 1 shotted by any gun, regardless of heavy armor or no armor? Other than that this game is one of my favorites I've played only thing I would fix is the armor.

First thing first, this game is amazing. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it. But, the cheaters... I have played 6 competitive matches in the last 2 days, and every single one had a cheater in it. If Valve gave one ♥♥♥♥ about the community, and not only caring about making money, I would like it more. But I am ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ done. Do not buy this game if you want to play to be the best player out there. You most likely aren't going to get out of silver, or gold nova.

So I rate this game a 4.7 out of 10. Fix the cheaters and smurfs, and I might rate it higher.

Edit: 3.5k hours later, this game still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks balls. Seems like the Valve sent devs from the DOTA dev team to the CS team as a punishment.

Edit 2: After another 4 month break, I can still say that this game is probably one of the most neglected games on Steam. Valve adds ♥♥♥♥ to the game that nobody asked for, and still neglects everything else that needs to be fixed. Matchmaking is such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke that anyone who wants to enjoy themselves in this game goes and plays on a third party provider like FaceIT and ESEA. Absolutely one of the worst games I have spent way too much time in and it will never change. I hope this game dies a really cruel death.

Edit 3: CS2 is a steaming pile of trash. I fail to understand why they didn't keep both CSGO and CS2, and forced us into playing a horrible game. Subtick is a cheap cop out from 128 tick, and it genuinely feels like ♥♥♥♥. Getting killed through walls, getting killed in ways that should not be possible, getting kills in ways that shouldn't be possible. Spraying feels off, jumping has random variables now, so its next to impossible to bunnyhop. The water on certain maps sink FPS faster than a lead boat with a fat person in it. CS2 was supposed to be a better game than CSGO, and yet it has failed in almost every way possible. Viewmodel's are locked to cl_bob 500, viewmodel recoil is locked on, no left hand viewmodel, SMG's are absolutely broken. The list doesn't end. It feels like they removed every competitive aspect of the game and focused entirely on the people who have never touched a Counter Strike game in their lives, and ignored the people that have played this for years. But hey, atleast you can inspect grenades and the bomb now. Games ♥♥♥♥, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone whatsoever.

I played this game in the summer of 2014, and it was genuinely amazing... I just remembered about this game, and all I can recommend is to not even install it. It is the biggest pile of ♥♥♥♥ game now. Ubisoft is a giant sellout now. It says "Free To Play", but now it is pay to play. would not recommend it... Ever. Just spend your money on CSGO or something.
