After 59 hours of gameplay, lots of hours of watching videos and reading stuff about the game, I'm ready to write a review.
This is, so far, the best survival/horror game I've played in the past few years.
Even though it's an Early Access Game I can absolutely say it's worth the price. 9heads (developer) keeps looking at the feedbacks in the Steam forums, and updates the game regularly.
Most bugs and glitches can be fixed, and 9heads keeps releasing fixes.

One of the best games to play with your friends. Me and my friends had awesome nights playing this, also made some friends in this game.

A few things need to be balanced, and 9heads is taking feedback on that.
