Hollow Knight is a inspiring 2D Platformer that proves games do not need a huge budget or need to cost a lot to be one heck of a ride. I am not a regular to platformer games but this one hooked me straight away with its gripping art style and visuals, along with music that gives you a sense of auditory euphoria. Hollow Knight is a simply must play even if you do not normally play games similar to this. Give it a shot i say! I bought this game for £5.49 in sale and i felt that i was stealing of the developers and they deserved more of my money simply from the sheer joy of this game. Before playing Hollow Knight I have recently played a lot of the souls franchise so the challenge didn't bother me at all. Even so Hollow Knight manages to balance challenge and difficulty beautifully. The bosses in this game are intense fights that require you focus and have a will to learn their move set and abilities to overcome the fight. Every boss and area is designed with purpose and style. If you deny yourself the opportunity to play this game I pity you.
