Tried playing it with a couple homies, I can see it has a lot of promise especially with atmosphere and creature designs. But the aberration effect that hits the camera when ANYTHING comes near you is so aggravatingly annoying that I immediately closed the game and got a refund after our 3rd encounter with an enemy. The map also feels too big and empty, especially with the amount of pages needed to be collected. Hope to see this game work up to being what it can be.

The ones who call this a MOBA must be the most DENSE and idiotic people ive ever met. what I find the most amusing thing is how people shout that DoW 1 AND 2 were the greatest things to ever happen, when in reality any actual fan of the games would remember that DoW 2 was getting hate and trashed on all the way past release because it was "different". I love warhammer and the DoW games but by far the community is the most reject basmentdweller species of any kind.

On to the game, the only thing it shares with a MOBA is a hero unit which even then the three units are more like SUPERS. Like the baneblade or the Squiqoth or the Bloodletter. They arent immortal and godly. Hell a couple groups of lootahs can rip a Imperial Knight apart. They are nothing like a MOBA hero. And the lanes? Holy hell lane.. Yeah right more like the map is connected all around but if i try hard enough i think i can see lanes because ANY OPEN SPACE that leads from me to them obviously has to be a lane. Items to buy in the shop? A huge moba aspect. Oh wait its not there. Creeps? Nope. Garrisons/forts/inhibs? Nope. The only thing would be a CORE, and a TOWER. The shield gen is its own beast and id say at most these are just objectives to the map.

Wow I can capture a point in this game? Freaking CoD dominion rip off.. Tch.

Just because a game has a aspect or a objective of another does not mean its an exact rip off or clone. Grow up and learn to tell the difference. Otherwise every shooter is CoD, ever MMO is WoW, every moba is DotA, ever card game is Yugioh, etc etc.

The game is good on its own, its different. Vastly than any other DoW but more closely to DoW 1. If you have been itching for more Warhammer and an RTS this is a solid buy and will only get better when they add more races (like they did with past DoWs)

The negative reviews come from people with trash computers and butthurt boring people who cry for the same boring history ♥♥♥♥ over and over. "it runs like poop on my computer and it keeps saying i need to update my drivers' gee wiz looks like your computer is trash. Im running on a bit dated hardware and it runs amazing. Love every bit of it. Been waiting for CA to make a Warhammer total war and im in love with every bit of it. My only gripe is wanting more slots for players in mutliplayer campaign. Other than that, great game and great launch/

I'd say this game is miles ahead of TellTale's Walking Dead game, I liked TWD game a lot but I love TWAU way more. The story and characters feel a lot more alive(?) All around great game and cant wait for the next Ep.
