Yes, it's that kind of PDX release. Still somehow better than VIC3, since that "game" won't even launch.

It still needs work but it's now a more proper experience. DLC policies aside, of course.

The game goes from "Funny Clowns steal money" to "We are going to save the world by stealing the US Goverment. Yes, the literal goverment." and I love it.

Play solo, with friends, or if you want to lose all hope in humanity, random people.
