It is said that once we die our brain stays active for 7 minutes scattering through our memories to try to save itself. What if we are already dead and just living through our memories, this would explain deja-vu, sometimes having dreams about the future, and as we run out of time, time speeds up explaining why 2020-2023 has went by so fast. We are almost half way through 2023, you don't have much time left... Just a thought tho :D
