The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is one of the best games to try to 100% as you get unlocks for doing pretty much anything in the game and each run lasts 15-60 minutes depending on how many levels you've managed to unlock. It'll easily take you hundreds of hours to get close to 100% though, but it's a lot of fun along the way.
