Well, damn. I really thought that would fix the problem. Right now I'm not sure how to fix it, so I need to investigate a little. I'll try to dig up raw files of the map, they should still be on my hard drive. I'll post an update in the comments if I find a solution

I'm still experiencing missing textures for the island map. I already had the underworld map so I didnt need to subscribe but for some reason I still have missing textures on the volcano. How do I fix????

I will, I’m currently saving some bucks for Mario Maker when that comes out, since I spent all my bucks on Smash for my birthday and the DLC pack. But I’ll try and scratch in some extra bucks if I can.

Well alright then. But talking about "render card thingy", (which is called a graphics card by the way) if you have one which handles TF2, it will handle SFM just fine. Even integrated graphics chips can handle rendering in SFM, although without AO as much as I'm concerned. If you have troubles and your graphics card is not very, very old (10+ years) I'd say it may be faulty and you have to replace it.
