Game worked completely fine until about I reached around 4.5 hours. The game just stopped loading. When launching the game, I got a black screen with a gear that spins for about a second, and the game just closes. No error message or anything. I've tried checking file integrity, reinstalling the game three times, and installing it on a completely new installation of windows. The developers offer no support for this game. I'm pretty mad I payed for a game that now refuses to work with my PC for NO REASON AT ALL.

I've read the FAQ for troubleshooting and none of them helped, but I'd like to share the LAUGHABLE problems the game has that they should have fixed for a game they are SELLING:
Without a possible sound output the game does not start.
Game does not free allocated memory so it could just crash because you've played for too long.
Game can crash just because you've changed the graphics settings too much.

I just want a refund for this completely unsupported game. It's impossible for me to play and I'm getting no help.

After loading my city with intentions to start building a new university, I spent 3 hours optimizing roads. That's not a negative, though. I just really like roads.
