why can i no longer play this game i stoped playing a long time thinking the player base was horrible, bur now that i decided to give this game one more try... its bugy, i cant even get in the game, it just keeps crashing, and im not the only one, the steam descussions can support that! i feel that i wasted good money on this, i dont think i can get back. right now im checking the return policy of stream. but i feel like i wasted money sorry but till the bugs get fixed i cant recomend this this game stay away!

THEY FIXED AND ADD SO MUCH! all i need to say.

The most i can say is yes the game is magnificent, the story is ok even if it is hard to fallow, i do have a bit of a graphics problem so i have to set it to low, but i do hope that the delvelopment team keeps working on it, i would like a bit more central character devlepmint due to the fact that i have a hard time hearing them over the "rail gun is ready" other then that i do recomend this game and to support the team.

this game is vary good the story was not completely have assed and the multiplaer is good i do understand why every one wants dedicated servers, but i have not come seen the problems that some of the reviews are saying keep happening. i give the game 7/10

Try using compatibility mode.

[whatever drive you have it on C for most people] -> Program Files [It might be Program Files (x86)] - Steam -> steamapps -> common -> realMyst. That could be entirely wrong depending on where you installed it to, but basically you have to find the realMyst folder. Within that folder, find the application. It should end in .exe. Right-click it and select properties. Click on the compatibility tab, try setting it to win xp service pack 3, if that does not fix the problem also try 2000 and me.

But waht really bugs me is that last year cyan redux realMYST by makeing a master Masterpiece edition, it would have been nice to get that in the cyan bundle pack instead of a ton if dude games....

I have to say i do like the game, gameplay wise its vary new, but thats the only good thing about it, aiming is vary sensitive
yes i know that you can lower it, (but im reviwing the game to show weather or not its gamer freandly and its not) its vary hard to aim in striker mode, and the music is vary boring, its not as it is avertise, i do like the game but i wont recommend it.

a great a classic game that started it all, the only real down side is the multiplayer needs alot of set and i started playing on an old three year old hand me down computer and was able to run it just fine till I got a new computer, now it just crashes every time i try to start it up.so i can not recommend this game in its current condition. however you can edit to compadibiltily mode, but it should not need to do that. its hard to recomend this due to the age and its lack of support for new PC but it can work.(just not in its current state.
