It's free, but that's also the only positive thing to say. Another AI copypaste made outfit.
Come up with something new. And why always pairing up with high heel shoes. More boots and sneakers would be nice.

An once a mobile game turned into pc, but still act as a mobile game. It got auto walk and auto attack, which is a thing you see at many mobile games (there are some exceptions) . I just hate that.
Next to that the execution is rather poor, as there is no sound. A little round up at the forum here over at steam learns that this is related to Windows 8.1. So the sound doesn't work because of the Windows version. What a joke. And yeah, i use windows 8.1 and can play all the other games in my library. Even Action Taimanin, also a mobile game, works properly. At least the guys and gals from grimoire games know how to port. These jokers who call themself wemade clearly don't know how to make a good game. Wemade, yep, we made a mess. I have uninstalled it after a while. I can better even play elyon or raid: shadow legends. See it for yourself, but i don't touch it anymore. If i want garbage i can better dive in the trashcan.

I see someone write a negative review about that it got repetetive after a while. But that goes with ALL tracks in CKII. After a while you know In Taberna as well. So that's kinda of a bollocks reason.
As for this pack; it's a great addition to CKII and something different then In Taberna or some other simple track.
I actually like it more then their first pack. Flood of Fire is an absulute blast. Can't get enough of that one.
I've bougt it on discount. And no, you can't get it for free. That is just false information.
In my opinion it's worth the coin.

Early Access Review
Game itself is allright, even for an alpha. It mixes a bunch of games together, such as scarlet blade, aion, black desert and a tiny hint of nier: automata. Though it currently uses alot of placeholders. It also has a cash shop.
The biggest problem is the developer. To begin with, the dev doesn't like critics. If you share your doubts about the state of the game or you join a discussion about the dev itself then you get a ban, a permban directly even. As long as you say nice things it's good, but once you go negative you're been shutted. Next to that, as said by some others here, the developer isn't transparant. Then they release an alpha on steam as early access, but remain silent after that. Now and then there is some news, but nothing more. No roadmap and even no communication at all. They are difficult to reach. They only show up if there is any thing posted not to their liking and they eagerly use the banhammer.
I have played this game for a while and would give it a try to continue, but after my experience with the other side of this developer i just can't recommend it. Also, asking money for alot of the content to unlock in an alpha is quite exaggerating. An alpha is for testing purpose normally. Now if there is a shop in the final release and they ask money for outfits and such, that's allright. But in an alpha?

Maybe not everyone's taste, but at least it's free. Wished that Paradox did the same with some other dlc's as well or at least give them the right price.

Dungeon Siege itself is a great game. It's a hack 'n slash rpg with some tactics and you will fight in a party.
You start first alone, but over the course of time you run into potential partymembers, which you can recruit. Several locations to visit, several quests and good music done by Jeremy Soule (also responsible for the music for tes III: morrowind and tes IV: oblivion) . However, there is one big problem. This version here on Steam ain't complete. There was also an expansion released called Legends of Aranna, developed by Mad Doc Software. And that expansion ain't included. That's right, you will buy an incomplete product. Without LoA Dungeon Siege is just not complete. And that is not the only thing that is not included. Gas Powered Games released a mod of themself called Yesterhaven. That one isn't included as well. For LoA there is also a bonuspack called Return to Arhok. but it only works on Windows Xp. That one can be downloaded for free. But since it's a bonuspack for LoA you can't use it with the steam version, as Steam lacks LoA.
Therefore i would not recommend to buy Dungeon Siege from Steam, as it is not complete. And i doubt it will ever be complete, as it seems the current owners on the rights of Dungeon Siege, Square Enix, have no interest to give steamplayers the complete version. Rather get the version with LoA from something as Amazon or any other source.

In 2006 an unknown developer called IronLore came with a rpg that was about the greek mythology. It was called Titan Quest. It was a hack 'n slash rpg, much like diablo, but it wasn't exactly like diablo. You saw also other influences in it,as one of the people who worked on it was Brian Sullivan, which was the co-developer of Age of Empires. And you could see that back. Later the game got an expansion, Immortal Throne, with adds new things. Then the gold edition followed, with the basegame and the expansion included. Ironlore filled in for bankruptcy. Former employees founded later Crate Entertainment, who came with a spiritual successor called Grim Dawn. 10 years has passed. And now Titan Quest is back, revived by Nordic and polished into this very Anniversary Edition.

The first thing you notice with this Anniversary Edition is that it is not some HD remake. It still got the same graphics of 2006. A HD version wouldn't do justice in my opinion. The original version was a good game, but got some serious bugs and glitches. When i played the original game i got black lines on my minimap and sometimes the background was flickering. That is solved in the Anniversary Edition. Have to say that it is more polished now. The anniversary edition is an overhaul of the original game, fixing problems that were never solved.
For those new to the game here's a summary of what it is and what you get:
Titan Quest is a hack 'n slash rpg, means you slay hordes of enemies and get alot of loot. Quests are straight forward, just go from a to b and kill the mobs. In Titan Quest you first create a character and you can choose a gender and also change the colour of your tunic (sortkind of undergarments) . You start first outside the village of Helos. Once you hit level 2 you choose one the 9 available masteries (8 from the basegame, 1 added with immortal throne). At level 8 you can choose a second mastery, combining it then to an unique class. The story of Titan Quest will let you travel through Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt and Ancient Asia, where you visit unique places and face dangerous enemies. The expansion adds a chapter of travelling through the underworld, but that is only for the strong ones. Movement in Titan Quest goes with the mouse, attacking goes with mouse too. Some keys on the keyboard are used for spells, potions and the like.
Each important place got a portal where you could travel back to once you have visited it. There is a caravan driver as well, where you could store items in it which you don't use yet, but might to use it later on. And there is an enchanter, to create powerfull artifacts, should you have an arcane formulae and the right reagents. There is also a strange npc in each big city which lets you revoke masterypoints, but at a price however.
I see in some other reviews that a comparison is made with Grim Dawn. Not surprising if you know that the dev of Grim Dawn is created by some former employees of IronLore, the dev of Titan Quest. But where Titan Quest has many options, Grim Dawn feels somewhat capped. Another difference is that Grim Dawn is always dark and doesn't have a day/night cycle, where Titan Quest does have that. In my opinion Titan Quest is the better of the two. It also lives more and there is so much to do and to see. It has nice music as well.
I can recommend this game, if you're into hack 'n slash rpg.

If you liked Borderlands you surely would like this one as well. Just like the first one it's all about shoot and loot. Literally.
Borderlands combines first person shooter with some rpg elements (upgrading skills). The developer likes to call it a role playing shooter and i think that pretty much covers the game. The art style might not appeal to everyone, as it is cellshaded. It looks a bit cartoony. I have no problems with it myself, but i can imagine that some people might not like it. The gameplay however just does it. Normally shooters just have a shallow story, character ain't interesting and for most part you just shoot stuff. Borderlands 2 does have a pretty good story, though weird and the characters are interesting. The beginning of the game comes with a bang and you soon will fight your first boss, unlike the first borderlands. In my opinion Borderlands 2 is more difficult then the first one and there are more boss fights. The landscape contains now ice plains, especially at the very beginning. There are new monsters added and you will now find more loot. Some weapons will now drop more frequently, such as the jacobs. In the first borderlands jacobs weapons were somewhat rare. Also, bandit weapons are introduced now and a bandit ride. You can choose from 6 characters this time. 4 vault hunters by default, 2 more are added through dlc's.
It's not all positive though and the game does have it's downsides. The biggest one is the greed from the developer, as they released alot of dlc and tricked people who bought a season pass by releasing dlc that are not part of the pass. Later on they came with the game of the year edition, which contains all 4 dlc that were previously part of the season pass. Not cool from gearbox. Also, the mechromancer was made as seperate dlc, while with the release it was shipped as part of the premiere club dlc. I have a copy myself with the premiere club.
An other thing which i noticed is that bulletin boards this time ain't not much. I have the feeling you get less side missions. Catch a ride is also less frequent. Those are things i miss from the first Borderlands. I find claptrap this time also quite annoying, especially calling you his minion all the time. Too bad you can't shoot him.
Overall it's a good game. Lots to see, lots to loot and lots to shoot.

This prequel to the first game; Drakensang: the dark eye, ain't that good as some reviewers write and especially if you played the first game. If you didn't play the first one or any other TDE rpg games this is then a good game.
You might grab the first one as well, as this one actually makes a reference to that game. You will see that in the beginning, so for new players it might be a bit weird. Cause the story is actually told by one of the characters.

The River of Time corrects errors from the first game. While that one was alot melee based, TRoT is more playable as a mage or a stealthy char. Especially magic is improved and does enough damage now. An other thing is that visited locations now stay open. In the first game after you have completed all the quests in a region you got the message that the region is locked now. For example; once you got your recommendations avestrue became locked and quest was completed. Not in The River of Time. You wanted to go back to turnstone tollgate? No problem.
Just like in the first one the combat is in turns, bit of dicerolling. Fans of DnD will recognize it, not very surprising as the dark eye (das schwarze auge in german) is the german answer to DnD. And you will have alot of stats to go through.
It's not a game for the casual gamer, mind you. However, Radon Labs did make it more casual though.
One of the downsides is the stupid fast travel. Really, fast travel in a partybased rpg, what the heck does it there. It's a real turnoff in this game and totally not necessary. But the biggest disappointment is that The River of Time is actually not a partybased game at all. It falls flat when it comes to creating a party. In the first game you began in a little village and ran already into one companion and as the game got further you got more. But that's not the case in TRoT. Your starting point will only give a temporary one and a rather lousy too. Then you are presented to 2 companions, but one of them dies. Yep, they give you the nice choice to choose which one you wanted. And with that one you will form a party with most of the game. There are 3 others available as well, but they only join much further in the story and also one of them doesn't join that long. Technically there are 5 companions, but you form actually just with one a party. While in the first game you really have a party with 3 others and one summon.
The River of Time is a nice game though. Nice locations, your own ship (sort off), can revisit locations, some interesting characters, dicerolling combat, to name a few. But in terms of partybased gameplay it fails. It feels more like Jade Empire, while it is presented as a partybased rpg. If you look for something similar like Baldur's gate, Icewind dale, planescape: torment, then skip this one and go for drakensang: the dark eye instead (the first game). That one is much more partybased. If you just look for a decent rpg with a good story, then give it a go.
As i have finished the first drakensang and in mind to what is promised i can't really recommend it. Would vote an average score.

There are those games who do have potential and are somewhat fun, but fails in the end. Blood Knights is actually such a game. The biggest problem in Blood Knights is the camera, which is clunky at it's best and not accurate at all. In the beginning i had this problem of instead jumping on a platform above you that my char falls into the big black hole. And that happened a couple of times in an other level too.
The dialogue gets on your nerves sometimes. The fighting is ok i guess. The AI however is as dumb as an ox.
No, Deck13 didn't do a good job this time. Now Venetica was also not everything, but that one was better.
Nevertheless it's a little fun game to play, if you look past the errors. Characters itself look quite good and the landscapes are interesting. Story is ok, not very interesting. But that camera, that nails it. And that dimwitted dialogue.
If you're a fan of vampiregames and look for a game to play with a vampire, then there are better options.
Vampire the masquerade: bloodlines for rpg and the first 2 BloodRayne games (available at gog) if you want an action game. If you just look for a little fun game, it might be worth a try.I would suggest then to wait till it drops in price or there's a sale. If i recommend this one? Not really, but it just depends what you expect.
