~Buy It On Sale~ Good visual novel so far, if a bit slow to hook you in- however, had I read the dev's update before purchasing, I wouldn't have bothered. Obv a lot of care has gone into this game (hats off) but they don't plan on releasing the next episode (5) until late 2023 or even 2024... and there are *7* episodes planned so far. Going by that, does that actually mean the game won't be out of early access until 2025 or later?? Of course in the meantime they are hiking the price up to $25 lmao
Perhaps that's a steal for the replay value of something unfinished ;-;

Hmm. This is a neutral recommend.

Much like it's predecessor, this game is painfully unsexy which almost seems like a crime given the subject matter. Once again all the pieces were here (besides actual attractive character models lmao) to make something titillating while exploring the Sublime and once again the game just plods along... a boring mechanical dildo machine here, ugly uninteresting Lusst'ghaa realm there. Occasionally that sought after "I'm disturbed yet aroused" feeling comes through (for instance, a woman getting off loudly while watching you move dead body parts) but these moments are so incredibly far and few between they leave you feeling even more disappointed in the rest of the game

This game is pretty novel and worth playing for the strange atmosphere alone IMO. Now that I have a better grip of how abstract it can be and playing it sober (lol?) I'm really enjoying it. Occult ♥♥♥♥, ego death, mysterious rave ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at every turn...? Count me in.
Although it must be said that sometimes it's not very obvious where you should be going or what to look for. First 'level' I got stuck on the idea of trying to return my phone (going by what a sign said) so I could go through the gateway but all I had to do was read a new text?? lmfao but perhaps that's just me being dense ::shrug:: 8/10

I wanted to play forever! Lol that being said, throughout the game picking up certain flowers or healing particular objects sparks a "pause" in movement that really impacts the flow of the game negatively imo. I hated that ♥♥♥♥. I just wanted to be under the great big sky, going fast as ♥♥♥♥, enjoying life as sonic healing petal. I get why they did it though *shrug*
10/10 would recommend for a chill day
