Its crazy to me how a big franchise like payday can take so many steps backwards when i comes to gaining xp
You used to get bonuses for completing stealth and such but now

you get 0% xp for completing a heist to perfection unless you complete dumb task like "Slide for 500 meters"

The core gameplay is great, but not being rewarded for playing the game is not so great :/

since counter strike was down me and my friend decided to buy this game.
the story goes like this

we spawn in
we run for 5 minutes
we get attacked by 41 different monsters
we survive
we run for 5 more minutes
we find a mountain and build a house
ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED: HOME SWEET HOME!
we slide down the mountain and into the river several times
we decide to move
we run for 10 minutes
we fall into a river
we try to climb out of the river
we cant
we swim down the river for 10 minutes
we cant escape
we call a friend for help
he dosent wanna help
we ragequit
10/10 would swim in a river again
