Dead by Daylight is a horror game that pits 1 Killer against 4 Survivors. The main goal of the Survivors are to power up/fix the required generators. The Killer has to disrupt the survivor's actions and injure them to be able to hook/kill them. The game seems simple and easy to pick up which is nice for beginners but can have a competitive trait to it in terms of ranking. There are multiple survivors and killers to choose from which has different perks but not limited to just their own perks. Every perk can be learned/taught by other killers once you unlock them through progression. Here are the game's most notable pros and cons:

The game can be the most fun and most boring game at the same time.
- Being in a chase and outsmarting a killer will fill you with excitement, thrill and sometimes, terror. However, there are 4 survivors in the game (most of the time). If one player gets "tunnelled", it can either be very fun or very frustrating for the survivor.

Ranking is trash.
- Meaningless ranks results in games where both sides would prefer to just "farm" points instead of playing the game normally. In my opinion, the ranking should be reworked and possibly add a Top X players leaderboard for people who are competitive and would like to take the game seriously.

Connection is inconsistent
- Stop using peer to peer connections, we deserve dedicated servers. ALSO, IN-GAME PING DISPLAY.

Multiple bugs that last/persist through multiple hotfixes/patches.
- From losing items when successfully exiting to open walls at start of the trials. Nothing game breaking but please, I've played through the transition of 1.X.X to 2.X.X. Fix them please.

These are just the main problems I could think of but I'm pretty sure there are more. I don't have any problems with the stupid Survivor's code that Killers should follow etc. I think people should play how they want to and enjoy the game.
