紅油抄手，中國名菜，是一道四川名吃。四川话称馄饨为抄手，当地特有的料理方法是将鲜肉馄饨煮熟后，另盛入以辣油为主的酱料中食用。最有名的是成都的龙抄手。抄手类似于馄饨，皮薄而润滑，比馄饨更小一些。红油抄手在广州称云吞，在江西称清汤。
