I'm very tempted to ask for a refund. I can forgive almost all flaws but you cannot pick up pallets from the NORMAL side they are forked on. In my real life forklift training, we exclusively picked up pallets from the side you cannot do so in this game.

I gave it a full hour but I'm very disappointed.
