Attacks need to be buffed so badly. Especially in regular battles where you can be a super high level and still take about 5 minutes per battle. I want all the XP I can get so I fight everything I come across, but after almost 10 hours I feel like my character hasn't gotten stronger at all. Please think about rebalancing combat because this game is gold otherwise.

I'd rather play a mini-game before each mission where I have to suck off my entire time to boost their stats instead of listening to all of these amazingly wasted (MICHAEL JAI WHITE IS BLADE!!!) depictions of classic characters verbally felate my, poorly written, original character. The game is fantastic, but the dating sim half of it is what I remember most since you're forced to spend most of your time flirting with everyone if you don't want to get steamrolled when it's actually time to play the game!
This is the last game I'll ever finish because I feel like I can't move on until I do because what a sad waste of time it was.

My gf plays a lot of those "cozy" games, and I think this is as close to a cozy game I'll ever play. The world of Ni No Kuni is every rpg I grew up on wrapped into a single, ghibli shaped package with a joe hisaishi bow on top.
