This player has lost the ability to use utility in my games. NO I don't like being teamflashed. NO you made not throw nades willy nilly onto me. I'd prefer if you did NOT pick up nades from fallen team mates (because you flashed them) or dead enemy players that I have killed. I expect the money you save from NOT buying utility to go directly into feeding me weapons on the few rounds where I die and can't afford.

There is absolutely NO reason that I can think of that this player should ever have utility. If you see him with utility, know that I have not allowed it and wherever I may be at that time, I am sorry. Heartfelt. Close them eyes. You will be flashed. Not by an enemy. By this guy. Because he can't throw flashes. But he can throw team fights. Once again. I am sorry he threw your game by flashing you. Really am. Tried my best to reign him in.
