Gorgeous! Mechanically and systemically speaking, it's well thought out and a great deal of fun to play. The only down side is that there is a great deal of loading to and from missions.

Best wood chopping simulator I've ever played. Also gorgeous. Can't wait until I actually understand what the heck this game is about but whatever it is, it's fun!

10/10 one of the best games ever made. So full of content that years later I'm still finding things I didn't know the game had to offer. Masterpiece!

First person parkour is hard to do, and though there are some hang-ups and flow stoppers, Dying Light 2 does a decent job overall. While the side quest dialogue can sometimes be like nails on a chalkboard, there's more content than the average player is going to know what to do with and the main story arc should keep most players engaged. Combat is not the best, and sometimes buggy, but my biggest grievance overall is that all weapons degrade and break over time with no mechanic to repair cherished ones. This feels like a major failure in design. That said, the game is pretty good overall and definitely worth the purchase.

Gorgeous, engaging, expansive, and, yes, buggy. However, it's worth the investment because there's simply so much to see and do.

One of the best designed AAA MP game experiences available on the market today with heavy emphasis on player communication, collaboration, and reduction on player toxicity.

I'm in the midst of playing this but not since The Walking Dead have I been so captivated by something that looks so rough around the edges. This is fine evidence, once again, that a game need not have the best animations, art or tech behind it to make you feel, think, immerse yourself in its world and be thoroughy moved by it. This game has depth and meaning behind every action.

If you're looking for something off the beaten track that will reaffirm your belief that games can be something more than the standard fare, this is it.

Take the open world appeal of Assassin's Creed combined with the exhilerating combat of the Batman Arkham series and improve both. Not impressed? Innovate by adding something called the Nemeses System in a beloved longstanding brand of Middle Earth and you have yourself a GOTY candidate.
