EMPANADAS DE CARNE
Ingredientes
500 gramos de carne de vaca picada
1/2 kilogramo cebolla picada
2 cebollas verdeo picadas
1 diente ajo picado
2 huevos duros picados
3 cucharadas almidón de maíz Maizena
1 lata de tomate
aceite cantidad necesaria
ají molido seco cantidad necesaria
orégano seco cantidad necesaria
comino en polvo cantidad necesaria
pimentón en polvo cantidad necesaria
12 tapas para empanadas
1 huevo para pintar
Instrucciones
1_En una cacerola saltear la cebolla, la cebolla de verdeo y el ajo.

2_Una vez que las verduras estén bien cocidas agregar la carne picada junto al tomate en conserva (lata). Cocinar por 10 minutos aprox.

3_Agregar la Maizena® disuelta en el agua fría y cocinar por 1 minuto más. Condimentar con las especias y el huevo duro. Reservar y enfriar.

4_Armar las empanadas, repulgar y pintar con el huevo batido.

5_Cocinar en horno a 200°C hasta que resulten bien doradas
